Our stars slowly but surely mature in Swiss chestnut wood barrels. Once they’ve reached peak ripeness they barrel out of here.

POIRE

Pear brandy barrel aged

Palate:
Distinctive freshness, sweet roast aromas, light chocolate aromas.

Finish:
Strong body, long-lasting finish. 

PRUNE

Plum brandy barell aged
Eau-de-vie de prune en barrique

Nose:
Distinctive Red Damson aromas, fresh roasted aromas.

Palate:
High complexity of aromas, slightly sweet marzipan and wood notes.

Finish:
Long-lasting, very intense finish.

POMME

Apple brandy barell aged
Eau-de-vie de pomme en barrique

Nose:
Harmonious apple notes, roasted chestnut wood barrel.

Palate:
Ripe fruit aromas, soft caramel, sweet wood aromas.

Finish:
Soft, long-lasting finish.
