Ingredients
2cl Landtwing Vowi sour cherry eau-de-vie 
1.5cl Sloe Gin
2cl verjuice
Thomas Henry Wild Berry

Preparation
Serve on ice, garnish with a cherry and enjoy.

Himbär

Ingredients
4 cl Landtwing Raspberry eau-de-vie
1.5 bar spoons of demerara sugar
2 cl freshly squeezed lime juice
Fresh mint
Soda water

Garnish
Mint leaf and fresh raspberries

Preparation
Place the raspberry eau-de-vie, sugar, lime juice and a handful of mint in a highball glass; mix with a spoon until the sugar has dissolved; add the ice cubes and top up with soda water. Salud!

3cl Landtwing Quince eau-de-vie
1cl Runny Honey (honey & water 1:1)

Rosemary

Preparation
Serve on ice, garnish with rosemary and enjoy. The rosemary can be singed if desired.

Ingredients
3cl Landtwing Jonagold apple eau-de-vie
2cl Amaretto
3cl naturally cloudy apple juice
2cl soda

Preparation
Serve on ice and stir.

Pink plum

Ingredients
2cl Landtwing Damasson Rouge plum brandy
5cl rosé wine
1cl sugar syrup (sugar & water 2:1)
Thomas Henry Elderflower Tonic

Preparation
Serve on ice, garnish with pink flowers and enjoy.

Prunepresso
Martini

Ingredients
3cl Prune plum brandy barrel aged
3cl coffee liqueur
1cl sugar syrup (sugar water 2:1)
1 fresh espresso shot

Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a shaker together with ice; shake for 12 seconds; place double in a pre-cooled cocktail bowl; garnish with lavender.

Pear Chic

Ingredients
3cl Landtwing Williams pear brandy
2cl tequila blanco
3cl pear shrub (pear balsamic vinegar)
2cl soda

Garnish
Hay

Preparation
Place the pear eau-de-vie, tequila and pear shrub in a shaker together with ice; shake for 12 seconds; strain double into a tumbler with ice; garnish with hay. Chic!

Old Big Apple

Ingredients
3cl Pomme cask-aged apple brandy
3cl Rye whisky
3cl red vermouth
2ds Angostura Bitters

Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a mixing glass; stir with lots of ice for at least 30 seconds; strain into a pre-cooled cocktail glass; “perfume” with a lemon zest. Very classy!
